Job Description

Overview M&P Engineering and Land Surveying, PLLC Is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. We are a growing firm, providing high-quality surveying services to public and private clients. We value accuracy, professionalism, and collaboration, and we are committed to delivering reliable solutions on every project. We are seeking a Land Surveyor to perform a wide range of surveying services, including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys. Responsibilities Perform and supervise boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys Prepare, review, and seal plats, legal descriptions, and survey reports Research deeds, plats, and other land records Manage survey projects, schedules, and budgets Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors Ensure compliance with state and local surveying regulations Provide technical guidance and mentorship to survey staff Conduct quality control reviews of field and office work Experience Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) 5 to 10+ years of professional land surveying experience Proficiency with surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, data collectors) Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred) Strong understanding of boundary law and surveying principles Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and continuing education support
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
