A Surveyor measures the surface of the Earth and collects data used to make maps, set boundaries, and determine the shape and contour of sections of land. Uses global positioning system (GPS) and global information system (GIS) technology to make measurements. May specialize in measurements to determine airspace boundaries; may conduct marine or hydrographic surveys to measure bodies of water and determine shorelines and water flow and depth.

Job Description

Overview Construction office is seeking an organized person with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities In the field:
Meeting with inspectors during scheduled appointments. Visiting clients' homes to pick up siding and roofing samples to match at vendors. Delivering and collecting samples. Picking up materials and delivering to job sites.
In the office:
Responding to client emails regarding upcoming projects. Assisting with client meetings as needed. Qualifications Candidate should be proficient in basic office software with strong verbal skills. General construction knowledge will be helpful but not required. Must have clean driver's license and own transportation.
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
