State of Ohio Description:

We are expanding our Survey Department and are looking for qualified Surveyors.

Skills Required:

Applicant should be a S.I. working towards an Ohio P.S. license or currently a licensed Ohio P.S. Survey field crew looking to transition to the office environment are encouraged to apply. Duties include the preparation of Boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, Subdivision Plats, Topographic surveys, right-of-way plans, Legal Descriptions, generate staking points, and processing of field data. Applicant must be familiar with land record research and platting requirements within County and City agencies around the Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio areas. Ability to direct field personnel to perform field surveys to State of Ohio minimum standards or above. This position will be an office based position with minimal outside field work. Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Understanding of Trimble survey equipment and data collection. Project scheduling, personnel management, and work production techniques.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
