Job Description

Survey Party Chief and Crew Location:
Oklahoma (Local Candidates Preferred) Join a Team That Values Experience, Reliability, and Safety PSLS is seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief to lead field crews on a variety of oil and gas surveying projects throughout Oklahoma. If you're a dependable professional with strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering quality work safely and efficiently, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead and perform a wide range of oil and gas surveying projects, including: Well location surveys Boundary surveys Pipeline route surveys Pipeline as-built surveys Operate Carlson surveying equipment, GPS RTK systems, and robotic total stations. Maintain accurate field notes, sketches, tally sheets, and other required documentation. Ensure deliverables meet company standards and are suitable for certification by a Licensed Surveyor when required. Maintain company vehicles and survey equipment in safe, working condition. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Follow all company safety policies and demonstrate safe operation of equipment and field procedures. Qualifications Required Must reside in Oklahoma. Minimum 3 years of total surveying experience . Minimum 1 year of experience as a Survey Party Chief . Extensive oil and gas surveying experience. Experience with Carlson surveying software and equipment, including GPS RTK and robotic total stations. Valid driver's license. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-focused. Preferred High school diploma or GED. Two years of field crew experience. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
