Statewide Land Surveying, Inc. is seeking an experienced Survey Party Chief to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in producing accurate work and can effectively lead a field survey crew. Our projects include boundary and topographic surveys, remote cadastral surveys, construction staking, hydrographic surveys. land development, LiDAR support, and other specialized surveying services throughout Oregon and Washington. Responsibilities Lead a field survey crew safely and efficiently Perform boundary, topographic, construction, and control surveys Operate Trimble robotic total stations, GNSS equipment, data collectors, and digital levels Review project plans and field instructions before mobilization Maintain clear, accurate, and organized field notes Perform field calculations Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, contractors, and property owners Maintain survey vehicles, equipment, and supplies Travel and occasional overnight work may be required Qualifications Previous experience as a Survey Party Chief or senior survey technician Proficiency with Trimble survey equipment and Trimble Access preferred Strong understanding of boundary surveying, construction staking, and survey control Ability to read construction plans, plats, deeds, and record of survey maps Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions LSIT certification is preferred but not required Compensation and Benefits Statewide Land Surveying offers: Competitive wages based on experience and qualifications Health insurance benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for overtime and travel Modern survey equipment and technology Opportunities for professional growth and advancement If you are an experienced survey professional looking to join a growing company with diverse projects and advancement opportunities, we would like to hear from you. Pay:

$26.59 - $32.02 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
