SIT preferred but not required. Experience with robotic surveying equipment and Land Desktop/Civil 3D software preferred. Must be self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to work independently and remotely. Flexible hours. Informal work environment. 2-4 Weeks Paid Time Off Part Time or Full Time Valid Driver's License Responsibilities Conduct field surveys using GPS and robotic total stations. Perform boundary surveys for plot plans, existing conditions plans, and boundary stakeouts Ability to read and interpret utility plans Ability to work Independently Proficient with Land Desktop/Civil 3d GPS and robotic experience preferred but will train SIT a plus Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD Land Desktop/Civil 3D. Strong knowledge of land surveying principles including boundary determination, topographic mapping, GPS surveying, and construction surveys. Experience with Robotic Total Station and GPS Ability to interpret legal descriptions accurately for boundary delineation and land development projects. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail in data collection and drafting processes.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
