About the job Client is currently seeking to a Land Surveyor to join our team of design professionals in Bartlett, TN. Job Responsibilities Oversee all Surveying services including but not limited to: Title Commitment Review, Boundary Determination, Legal Description Preparation, Review of Drafting, Certification of Final Survey Maps/Plats Coordinate with Company Project Engineers and Field Crews Review Workloads and Weekly Schedules Maintaining Quality Control Practices for the Survey Department Qualifications Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Tennessee Minimum of ten (10) years of Land Surveying experience Must be able and willing to become registered in multiple jurisdictions Benefits Salary based on knowledge and experience Employer paid Health Insurance for employee (Medical/Vision/Dental) 401K Plan Two weeks vacation per year (first week after 6 months)
