Job Description We are looking for a skilled and reliable Land Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will lead field surveying tasks, handle construction layout work, and collect data for sitework and utilities. The ideal candidate works well on their own, has great problem-solving skills, and pays close attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Complete construction layouts for sitework and utilities using a Nikon Total Station. Collect accurate asbuilt data from project sites. Perform minor to moderate survey calculations. Keep highly detailed field notes and project logs.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Must have 35 years of handson field survey experience (construction staking and layout experience preferred).

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of mapping concepts and basic math for survey calculations.

Equipment:

Proven experience operating a Nikon Total Station or similar surveying tools.

Work Style:

Able to work independently with little supervision.

Traits:

Detailoriented, reliable, and excellent at solving problems on the job.
