(71626) Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) - Oil & Gas Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to join our growing oil and gas survey team. This individual will oversee all aspects of land surveying operations supporting upstream, midstream, and energy infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have experience with boundary analysis, pipeline and well location surveys, easement preparation, legal descriptions, and project management. The RPLS will ensure all survey work meets state licensing requirements while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and safety. Responsibilities Manage multiple oil & gas surveying projects from planning through final delivery Supervise and mentor survey field crews and office technicians Perform boundary resolution and deed research Review title commitments, easements, right-of-way documents, and legal records Prepare and certify legal descriptions Sign and seal plats, survey maps, and survey deliverables Perform

Land Title Surveys when required Conduct or oversee: Boundary Surveys Topographic Surveys Route Surveys Pipeline Surveys Well Location Surveys Control Surveys Construction Staking As-Built Surveys Coordinate survey activities with engineers, landmen, title attorneys, project managers, and clients Ensure compliance with state surveying laws and company quality standards Resolve complex boundary and title issues Utilize GPS, GNSS, Total Stations, UAV/drone data, and LiDAR technology Review CAD drawings and final survey products for accuracy Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules Maintain strong client relationships Support permitting and regulatory requirements Ensure field operations comply with all safety policies Oil & Gas Specific Duties Survey proposed drilling pad locations Survey horizontal well locations Prepare pipeline centerline surveys Stake pipeline routes Prepare right-of-way exhibits Survey compressor stations, tank batteries, and production facilities Locate existing utilities Coordinate with drilling and construction teams Support renewable energy and transmission line projects when needed Resolve mineral ownership and boundary conflicts alongside land departments Required Qualifications Active Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license Oil/Gas Experience
