Position Overview:
As a Solar Site Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our solar energy projects. You will be responsible for conducting site surveys to assess the feasibility of solar installations. This role requires a combination of logistical expertise and technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Assessments:
Conduct site surveys to assess the suitability of locations for solar installations.
Technical Analysis:
Perform technical evaluations, including shading analysis and electrical assessments, to determine optimal solar system designs.
Documentation:
Generate detailed site survey reports, including photos, measurements, and technical specifications.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all site surveys comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
Client Communication:
Communicate survey findings and recommendations to clients and project teams effectively.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineers and designers to create accurate project proposals based on site survey data.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in solar site surveying or a related role. Strong technical and analytical skills. Familiarity with solar energy systems and equipment. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
