In this pivotal role, you will lead the preparation and review of land platting documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Your expertise will facilitate smooth land development processes, This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to apply their legal administrative skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in land use and development projects. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process land plats, subdivision maps, and related legal documents with precision and attention to detail Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and government agencies to ensure plat accuracy and compliance with Unified Municipal Codes. Research county appraisal district records, deed records, and other public land records. Maintain quality control standards and ensure all deliverables meet company and industry requirements. Experience Proven experience as a plat processor or survey technician. with a focus on land use and subdivisions. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent writing and proofreading skills Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail; excellent phone etiquette and client communication abilities are essential Previous experience working within an engineering and land surveying firm to perform document review, filing procedures, portal entry, and procedural compliance. Pay:
$27.00 - $31.00 per hour
