As a Civil Surveyor, you will serve as a key technical resource supporting roadway, utility, and land development projects throughout Wisconsin. Working closely with project managers, engineers, superintendents, foremen, and equipment operators, you'll help ensure accurate project execution by leveraging surveying, GPS, machine control, drone technology, and construction technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with field and office teams, solving technical challenges, and helping others succeed through training and support. In this role, you'll be responsible for integrating and verifying project data within GPS and machine control systems, troubleshooting field technology issues, and serving as a liaison between operations and engineering teams. We're looking for a technology-driven professional with experience in surveying, 3D surface modeling, Trimble Business Center, and civil construction practices related to roadway and utility infrastructure. Travel throughout Wisconsin may be required to support active projects and ongoing professional development opportunities. The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,0.00 - $95,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

You won't just contribute to projects that matter; you'll grow alongside people who are investing in your success. ____________________________________________________________________________________ What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in surveying, civil construction, and 3D surface modeling. Proficiency with Trimble Business Center and GPS/machine control technologies. Experience performing boundary, topographic, as-built, construction layout, and quality control surveys. Knowledge of roadway, utility, and land development infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting skills related to GPS, robotic total stations, and construction technology equipment. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with project managers, engineers, superintendents, foremen, and field personnel. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin to support projects and training opportunities. Nice to Have Hands-on experience with GPS systems, machine control, and surveying technology in a civil construction environment. Strong working knowledge of Trimble hardware and software platforms. Proven ability to support field operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and train end users on construction technology. Understanding of civil construction workflows, particularly roadway and utility projects. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively bridge field operations and engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously learn emerging industry tools and applications.
