This role ensures successful delivery of programs aligned with zero waste to landfill goals, manages stakeholder relationships, and drives performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities On-site visits with stakeholder sites to evaluate established programs. Manage end-to-end delivery of waste management and recycling consulting services. Conduct and oversee waste assessments and data analysis. Develop and implement recycling and diversion programs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external recycling vendors. Monitor performance metrics, including waste diversion and ESG reporting Ensure environmental regulatory compliance Drive continuous improvement and innovation in waste processes Oversee invoicing, cost management, and financial tracking within budgets Develop training programs and support employee engagement Prepare deliverables, including monthly reports and annual ESG summaries . Monthly reconciliation of invoicing . Monthly Project estimating and bidding Deliverables Waste diversion and recycling reports (monthly/quarterly) Contamination and optimization reports Hard-to-recycle materials solution briefs Annual environmental impact and ESG summary Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field 2-5+ years of project management experience Demonstrated knowledge of Federal R.C.R.A and D.O.T Regulations Experience in sustainability, recycling, or waste management preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to manage multiple projects across locations Computer skills required : ( Select all applicable ) o Spreadsheet Software (Excel); o Project Management Software; o Word Processing Software (Word); o Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); o Microsoft Office Software Other skills required : o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. o Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
