Full-time, Permanent As an Environmental Consultant with our Raleigh team, you will guide commercial, municipal, and corporate clients through environmental compliance, carbon accounting, and green building certifications. Your primary focus includes conducting facility sustainability audits, modeling Scope 1-3 GHG emissions, and delivering decarbonization roadmaps. Working alongside facility directors and engineering leads, you will manage

certification submittals and draft technical ESG disclosures. Key Responsibilities Pull, clean, and analyze client fuel, energy, and supply chain data to model Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emissions following the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard. Perform hands-on ASHRAE Level I and II energy and sustainability audits for commercial properties in the Raleigh-Durham area to identify waste, water, and energy reduction opportunities. Act as the primary technical contact for active LEED v4/v4.1 (BD+C, O+M) and WELL project registrations, tracking credits, preparing technical documentation, and submitting packages via LEED Online. Draft client-facing technical reports and disclosures aligned with CDP, GRI, and TCFD frameworks while tracking local building performance standards and Duke Energy commercial rebate programs. Required Experience & Qualifications 2 to 5 years of direct experience in environmental consulting, building energy management, or corporate ESG reporting.
