Become a Key Player as a Sr. Test Technician You will perform assembly, disassembly, re-work, and testing of electrical/electronic equipment to support production and maintenance goals. You will work onsite in company facilities on a first shift schedule (8 hours/day), with possible weekends, overtime, and a temp-to-hire engagement model. Your work directly impacts product airworthiness, production throughput, and cross-functional teams that rely on timely, accurate testing. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform disassembly, assembly, re-work, and testing of electrical/electronic equipment Set up and utilize manual and automated test equipment to conduct tests and troubleshooting of digital and analog circuitry Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to diagnose faults and perform failure analysis to the component level Record work accurately on maintenance/test records and document test results and non-conformances Follow written and verbal instructions and complete work according to specifications with limited supervision Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation; participate in 5S and area efficiency projects Assist other departments as needed and complete required training to maintain job proficiency Comply with safety-sensitive requirements, including FAA drug screening and random testing Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing/testing environment or completed OJT on at least 10 products Strong ability to read schematics and understand circuit function Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, LCR meters, power analyzers, and other test instruments Experience with manual and automated test equipment (ATE) and test data logging/analysis tools Proven troubleshooting and failure analysis skills on analog and digital circuitry to the component level Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and perform typical physical tasks of an electronics technician Solid verbal and written technical communication skills and general computer literacy (MS Office) Here's What Else Might Help You Out Prior experience in aerospace or highly regulated industries Familiarity programming and operating environmental test chambers Pay Range $22.40 - $28.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
