Summary Ryzen Solutions is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Reliability Technician to join our fast-paced, hands-on test laboratory. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up specialized test equipment and fixtures, executing rigorous data collection, and contributing to core analysis and reporting. The test lab environment is dynamic and execution-focused. While certain testing procedures are repetitive by nature, maintaining the utmost precision, reliability, and consistency in data reporting is essential to ensuring overall test integrity. The ideal candidate thrives in a multitasking environment and brings a proactive, problem-solving mindset to day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical and environmental reliability tests following SOPs and test plans. Set up, operate, and fixture complex mechanical and electronic testing equipment. Capture, organize, and present technical data in clear, structured updates. Troubleshoot testing issues and independently complete experiments. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient laboratory environment. Key Qualifications Basic understanding of physics, electronics, and engineering fundamentals. Experience using common electronic diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical problem-solving skills. Proficiency with macOS and iOS. Willingness to complete additional training or certifications as needed. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field preferred. In place of a degree, at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a test lab, engineering, or technical environment is highly preferred.
