Test electronic assemblies, troubleshoot failures, and document clear, repeatable results. We are looking for hands-on Test Technicians to support production in Fremont. You will run electrical and functional tests, identify failures, document results, and work with production and engineering to keep quality and throughput on track. What you'll do: Set up and operate approved electrical, functional, continuity, and hipot test equipment as applicable. Follow test procedures, specifications, drawings, and work instructions for cable, harness, and electromechanical assemblies. Diagnose failed tests using multimeters, fixtures, schematics, and structured troubleshooting methods. Record test data, failure symptoms, repairs, and retest results accurately in the required system. Escalate recurring defects and support root-cause investigations with quality and engineering teams. Maintain calibrated equipment, organized work areas, and safe electrostatic discharge practices. What we're looking for: One year of electronics test, electrical assembly, repair, or manufacturing technician experience preferred. Working knowledge of digital multimeters, continuity testing, basic electrical measurements, and test fixtures. Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings, and written test procedures. Strong documentation, troubleshooting, communication, and computer skills. Technical certificate or associate degree is helpful, but equivalent hands-on experience is welcome.
