Volt is immediately hiring a System Test Technician for a leading manufacturing company in Poway! As a System Test Technician you will : Set up test equipment to conduct various tests on prototypes and production models. Test, rework, and troubleshoot standard products. Conduct environmental tests of prototypes or models in environments like water and laboratory Write technical reports and create charts, graphs, and schematics. Configure test equipment for operational and environmental tests. Evaluate performance and reliability of prototypes and models Conduct interdepartmental product testing. Identify and resolve problems efficiently. Meet productivity standards and complete work accurately. This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity The ideal candidate will have: Required Skills & Qualifications ? Requires an associate degree, technical diploma, military training, or equivalent experience. Needs 2-5 years of related experience. Must know electronics principles and troubleshooting techniques. Experienced in testing electronic assemblies with tools like LCD meter, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers, etc. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Desirable to have ERP/MRP system experience. The selected candidate will be required to provide proof of right to work in the United States. Preferred Skills & Qualifications ? Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time.

Monday-Friday 1 st Shift 5am-1:30pm

Pay Rate:

$27 per hour.
