Pay Range:
$27hr - $30hr Years of Experience (Required): 5+ years of relevant experience This team member will partner closely with a tenured test tech to transition her knowledge to them as she prepares to retire. 3 "Must Haves" (Required):

Mechanical and Electrical assembly (extensive experience in both) / Familiar with how to read prints and schematics / Coachable and a continuous learning mindset/ Aerospace Experience/ Manufacturing Experience 3 "Nice to Haves" (Optional) :

Has experience trouble-shooting PCBAs /Can work in small teams/ Aerospace Experience / Preferred Certifications (Optional):
IPC-610 / J-STD JOB DESIGNATION
The Senior Product Test Technician performs a variety of complex tests and verifications on electro and electromechanical equipment. This role ensures accuracy, productivity, and on-time delivery while supporting cross-functional production needs.
Core Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of moderately difficult to complex testing tasks. Set up test equipment and conduct tests per specification. Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis of analog and digital circuitry malfunctions down to the component level. Provide detailed written failure descriptions and root cause analyses to production and engineering teams. Follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and uphold an acceptable safety record. Assist other departments with tasks across various production cells/locations. Train less experienced staff. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may require nights, weekends, variable schedules, or additional hours.
Job Specifications:
Education- Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma, or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience. Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field.
Years of Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and sketches. Skilled in the use of test equipment, hand tools, power tools, and electric soldering. Effective oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows software applications. Able to solve complex problems in atypical or infrequent situations using established procedures or scientific methods.
