You will work closely with production and engineering teams to report failures and support troubleshooting. This is an onsite, first-shift role (Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm) with a regular daytime schedule. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Set up test equipment and run tests per specification Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis of analog and digital circuitry down to the component level Provide detailed written failure descriptions and root cause analysis to production and engineering Follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to all organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures Assist other departments and production cells as needed Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow safety rules Keep regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work variable schedules including nights/weekends or additional hours as necessary Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role High school diploma or equivalent (secondary certificate) or equivalent combination of education and experience Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a related field 6 months to 2+ years of relevant experience Knowledge of blueprints and strong attention to detail Skilled use of test equipment, hand tools, power tools, and electric soldering Ability to analyze methods and procedures and perform root cause analysis Good oral and written communication skills and reading/comprehension ability Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications Ability to work well with others Here's What Else Might Help You Out Pneumatic pressure testing experience Mechanical equipment experience Previous aerospace experience Pay Range $19.39 - $24.24/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
