5:00 AM-1:30
PM Overtime:

May be required Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of direct experience in industrial manufacturing, integration, or a related field. Ability to interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, work instructions, and test procedures. Basic mathematics skills. Strong hand dexterity for assembling small mechanical and electrical components. Basic computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing team environment. Ability to climb ladders/stairs and work in small or restricted areas. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work extended hours, overtime, weekends, and off-shifts when required. Preferred Qualifications Industry certification, trade school training, or degree in a related field. Electronics Technician/CETma, IND, Computer Electronics Certification, or equivalent. Experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment.

certification . Key Responsibilities Set up new production test areas, including layouts, tooling, and equipment. Assist with transition from development to production, including first-article activities. Manufacture, assemble, and test electromechanical assemblies according to engineering models, drawings, specifications, and written procedures. Work closely with production leads, supervisors, managers, and QA inspection teams. Troubleshoot, diagnose, modify, rework, repair, and maintain assemblies and equipment. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Set up and operate precision-calibrated equipment, including: Mensor gauges Oscilloscopes Function generators Multimeters Soldering equipment ESD tooling Power supplies Laboratory instruments Solder PCB electrical assemblies. Independently diagnose non-functional electronic assemblies. Calibrate and test electromechanical assemblies according to engineering procedures. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects focused on safety and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and maintain clean work areas using 6S and Lean practices. Cross-train team members and support knowledge sharing. Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals. "RA01"
