4-8 years The Opportunity A growing aerospace company is hiring an experienced Test Technician to support testing and integration of advanced aerospace and flight hardware. This is a hands-on position working with engineering teams on complex test setups, environmental testing, troubleshooting, and test equipment. What You'll Do Set up and execute environmental and functional testing. Perform hardware assembly, integration, troubleshooting, and repair. Conduct thermal vacuum, vibration, EMI, and high-pressure testing. Operate and troubleshoot vacuum chambers, data acquisition systems, and other test equipment. Analyze test data and investigate anomalies. Read electrical and mechanical drawings. Develop and improve test procedures and work instructions. Work with engineers to resolve technical issues. Provide technical guidance to junior technicians. Follow aerospace quality, safety, ESD, FOD, and cleanroom requirements. What We're Looking For 4-8 years of hands-on aerospace test experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, data acquisition systems, vacuum systems, and related test equipment. Experience troubleshooting hardware and test equipment. Knowledge of high-pressure systems. Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings. Familiarity with IPC, J-STD, cleanroom, ESD, or FOD requirements. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. U.S. work authorization.
Preferred:
Spacecraft or propulsion testing, flight hardware, LabVIEW/test automation, AS9100, technical degree, or military aerospace experience. Compensation & Benefits $28•45/hour , based on experience.
