Job Description

HR Mango is seeking an experienced Test Technician IV for a manufacturing client in Longmont, Colorado. This position performs advanced testing and component-level troubleshooting of printed circuit board assemblies in a high-complexity electronics manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Test production printed circuit boards using functional and boundary-scan testing. Diagnose manufacturing defects and troubleshoot electronic circuits to the component level. Read and interpret schematics throughout the testing and troubleshooting process. Follow ESD, board-handling, and Moisture Sensitive Device requirements. Operate electronic test equipment, including HP 3070, GenRad, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes. Create detailed test reports documenting results, defects, and troubleshooting findings. Track testing, yield, and debugging information within production systems. Perform diagnostics, backups, and preventive maintenance on tester-control computers. Support test-engineering projects and improvements to test stations, efficiency, and safety. Train and certify production test operators and debug technicians. Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and customers as needed. Follow all ISO, quality, environmental, health, safety, security, and 6S requirements. Work overtime and occasional Saturdays as required. Qualifications At least six years of related electronics testing and troubleshooting experience. Associate degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent work experience. RF testing experience required. Ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits and PCBs to the component level. Experience using HP 3070, GenRad, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers. Ability to interpret electronic schematics and independently determine troubleshooting methods. Strong computer skills, deductive reasoning, and verbal communication. Ability to manage complex assignments and support at least three product lines or customers. Experience training or assisting other technicians. Experience with amplifiers and attenuators preferred. Vocational or technical training is a plus. Eligibility Requirement Due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance requirements, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident.
Pay:
$28.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
