Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electrical Test Technician (Quality Assurance) to join our clients machinery manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems and components comply with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality requirements. You will carry out in-process testing during production and perform final electrical tests before equipment is released for shipment. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across production, engineering, and quality teams. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical testing and inspection on machinery throughout the production process and at final stages. Ensure compliance with electrical standards, regulations, and company procedures. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults or test failures, working closely with engineering teams to resolve issues. Accurately record test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in line with company quality standards. Use and update ERP system ( Epicor ) for test records, work orders, and production tracking. Collaborate with production and quality teams to continuously improve testing processes and product reliability. Maintain test equipment in proper working condition and ensure calibration is up to date. Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Certificate or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. Hands-on experience in electrical testing, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Good understanding of electrical safety standards and compliance requirements. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents. Experience with ERP systems (preferably Epicor ) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
