  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Demonstrate experience with C and Git
  • 2-4 years of experience with mechanical assembly, cable harnesses, circuit design, electrical standards, electrical testing, electro-mechanical sensors and actuators, electronic testing, electronics, electronics circuit card troubleshooting and testing, electronics troubleshooting, engineering, hardware testing, instrumentation, Power BI, schematics, Six Sigma, software and programming, and stress testing.
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, work independently, maintain attention to detail, provide excellent customer service, solve problems effectively, follow up on tasks, organize and plan work activities, deliver presentations, maintain a professional demeanor, collaborate as a team player, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
  • Provide technical support to engineers by performing moderately complex assignments independently
  • Gather, format, compile, and manipulate technical data, including laboratory test results, material test results, and engineering design changes
  • Conduct and record test activities to support engineering evaluations and analysis
  • Perform detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas and preliminary data analysis methods
  • Interpret trajectory adequacy data and model dimensional consistency information to make quantitative judgments
  • Produce engineering documentation, reports, drawings, flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics
  • Utilize computer systems and software tools to analyze data and generate technical reports
  • Research technical assignments and engineering processes to support project objectives
  • Analyze findings and develop recommendations when required
  • Lead junior personnel or technicians when assigned
  • Determine appropriate methods, sequences, and operations in technical and production environments
