Be Doing:
Perform inspection and test at the component, subassembly and system level utilizing work instructions, drawings, test procedures and wiring diagramsAssisting with development and integration on training systemsLoading software and firmware and performing configuration on computers and devicesPerforming, trouble shooting and repairs at the component level on electro/mechanical assemblies and computersCreate test procedures and work instructions to verify assemblies are in compliance with the drawing and meet all the requirementsCreate test fixtures to assist in running test proceduresFill out and maintain all test documentation, manufacturing orders and defect reportsTrain and assist junior technicians What You ll
Bring:
A.S. degree in Electronic Technology, Simulation Technology or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience in electronic component repair and testingExperience building, testing, troubleshooting, installing, and repairing computer systems and computer-based training systems.
Experience with computer hardware and network equipment, as well as the installation and execution of application software and operating system packages.
Ability to read and work to schematic diagrams, wire lists, engineering drawings and sketches.
Proven communication skillsExperience in product testing and quality control, preferably in manufacturing or production setting.

Additional Details:
Physical requirements include standing, lifting (up to 35 lbs regularly), and working with hand tools in a manufacturing environment.
Work Environment is primarily climate-controlled and occasionally a non-climate controlled environment. May be exposed to risk of electrical shock.
Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen or permanent resident).
