Daniel Defense LLC is seeking a Range Lead to oversee all live-fire testing and evaluation of premium firearms and accessories in our Georgia manufacturing facility. In this role, you will coordinate range operations, conduct accuracy and function testing, verify product performance, and document results to support engineering and quality teams. You will enforce strict safety protocols, maintain range equipment and targets, and train team members in safe firearms handling. Responsibilities Lead daily live-fire testing of firearms and accessories Enforce all firearms handling and range safety protocols Coordinate test schedules with engineering and quality teams Set up targets, fixtures, and instrumentation for testing Record, analyze, and report accuracy and function test results Maintain range facilities, weapons, and support equipment Train and mentor staff on safe range operations Identify and report product performance or reliability issues Support continuous improvement of test methods and standards Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies Required Skills Firearms handling and safety Shooting range operations Ballistics and zeroing procedures Use of measurement and targeting systems Quality inspection of firearms Basic gunsmithing/armorer skills Data recording and test documentation Equipment troubleshooting OSHA and range safety compliance Forklift or material handling (preferred)
