Medical Device Test Technician responsible for executing product verification testing, troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, operating laboratory instrumentation, and supporting test method development and validation. Job Requirements High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience in the medical device or another regulated industry. Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and instrumentation. Experience with product verification testing. Experience working with electro-mechanical systems. Experience with computer-based test systems and data acquisition equipment. Experience using Linux and command-line interfaces. Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Knowledge of validation protocols. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. Medical device industry experience. Preferred Skills Technical education or formal technical training. Experience with catheter test systems. Experience with test method development and validation. Experience with product characterization and performance testing. Experience extracting and analyzing test data using Linux-based tools. Job Responsibilities Execute benchtop and system-level verification testing. Support development and validation of test methods. Set up electro-mechanical devices, fixtures, instrumentation, and catheter test systems. Troubleshoot test equipment, fixtures, and product issues. Operate computer-controlled test platforms. Collect, extract, and analyze test data using Linux and command-line tools. Perform product characterization and performance analysis. Document test activities, results, and observations. Prepare technical and test reports. Follow applicable quality, safety, GLP, validation, and regulatory procedures.
Pay:
