Temp Test Technician Confidential Westford, MA Job Details Temporary $25 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Firmware System testing Manufacturing Associate's degree Full Job Description Electronics Test Technician | Temp | Westford | $25-$30/hr We're looking for a skilled Electronics Test Technician to join our team in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for solving complex electronic problems, this role is for you. What You'll Do Test electronic assemblies at the board and system level using computerized and analog test equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies down to the component level. Reload software and firmware as required. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. Perform hand soldering and component rework. Set up and operate test equipment in line with established procedures. Document test results and flag opportunities for process improvement. Support the assembly of advanced electronic products when needed. Adhere to all quality, safety, and government contract standards. What You'll Bring A technical certificate in Electronics (or equivalent); an Associate degree is a plus. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, testing, or troubleshooting. Solid knowledge of electronic circuits, schematics, and diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. U.S. citizenship or Green Card status (required due to government contract obligations). Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Manual dexterity for soldering and electronic repairs. Ability to distinguish wire colors and audible test signals. Occasional international travel to the UK for training may be required.
