High SchoolResponsibilities What You Will Do As a critical player on the manufacturing and engineering floor, you will: Perform advanced-level testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems, leading complex debug efforts on printed circuit assemblies. Develop, validate, and improve test processes and fixtures while supporting PCBA programming and firmware loading. Interpret complex engineering documentation, including schematics, layouts, and ECNs, to diagnose issues and drive yield improvement initiatives. Operate specialized equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and RF power meters for advanced functional testing. Interface with Engineering for New Product Introduction (NPI) and provide technical guidance and mentorship to Level I and II Test Technicians. Document detailed failure analyses, support witness testing, and maintain calibration and readiness of workstations and equipment.
