Job Description

Adecco is working with a leading manufacturing company in Bedford, NH who is seeking an experienced Test Technician to join its first-shift team. This is a permanent, direct-hire position for a hands-on technician with experience in RF, antenna, electronics, or environmental testing.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00
PM Compensation:
$26-$31 per hour, based on experience
Position:
Full-Time, Direct Hire Position Overview In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting and supporting a variety of product testing activities involving RF and antenna systems. You'll use specialized electronic test equipment and controlled test environments to verify product performance and ensure testing meets established requirements. You'll work alongside engineering and manufacturing teams, as well as external testing facilities, to identify issues, document results, and keep testing activities moving efficiently. Responsibilities Conduct RF and antenna performance testing, including work in anechoic chambers Operate RF network analyzers and a range of electronic measurement equipment Prepare test setups, fixtures, instrumentation, and related equipment Perform or support environmental testing, including vibration, shock, thermal cycling, and thermal vacuum Record, organize, analyze, and report test data Investigate equipment or testing problems and communicate results to engineering and production Help create, update, and maintain test procedures and technical documentation Keep test equipment, workspaces, fixtures, and records properly organized Work with external laboratories and testing providers as required Travel periodically to off-site testing locations Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Professional or hands-on experience performing RF or antenna testing Familiarity with anechoic chamber testing Experience using RF network analyzers and electronic test instrumentation Background in environmental testing; experience with vibration, shock, thermal, or thermal vacuum testing is a strong advantage Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate test records Basic computer proficiency The ability to work independently and effectively within a technical team A high school diploma or GED ; technical training, coursework, or additional education is preferred U.S. citizenship , due to the nature of the work Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Why Consider This Opportunity? Pay Details:
