Full Job Description Pay:
$25-$28/hour (Based on Experience) We're looking for an experienced Test Technician to join a growing electronics manufacturing team. If you enjoy troubleshooting electronic assemblies and working in a fast-paced EMS environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform electrical, functional, and final testing on PCB assemblies, cable assemblies, and electronic products. Troubleshoot board-level and component-level failures. Operate test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and automated test systems. Read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, and test documentation. Record test results and support continuous quality improvements. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams. Support New Product Introduction (NPI), firmware loading, and product calibration.
Qualifications:
2-5+ years of electronics testing or technician experience. Experience in an EMS or electronics manufacturing environment preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills with PCB assemblies and electronic circuits. Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment. Ability to read schematics, BOMs, and engineering drawings. Knowledge of IPC standards, ESD practices, and ISO quality systems is a plus. Basic soldering and rework experience (SMT and through-hole) is a plus.
Requirements:
Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent experience preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
