Job Description Please Note this position supports our 2 nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2 nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM
- 4/10 work week
- Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off. Because of the need for consistent, in
- person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full

Job Summary:
Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences. Lays out and assembles units for production equipment according to designs and specifications. Adjusts and calibrates systems as needed. Modifies equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches. Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed. Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties. Nay monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.Key Roles, Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Follows complex test specifications, test procedures and verbal instructions in order to perform a variety of routine standard tests which required reading, interpreting and verifying specifications using simple test stand setups Assists in complex tests involving the simultaneous use of a wide variety of standard test equipment. Determines quality of equipment being tested by checking rest results against specific test procedures and data sheets. Performs troubleshooting activities, sub-assemblies to component level, diagnoses minor deficiencies in equipment and recommends rework where necessary. Required Education, Experience, & Skills High School Diploma/GED Secret Clearance Ability to understand test instruments such as Oscilloscope, multi meters, RF analyzers. Ability to obtain in-house vibration testing certification and other job related certifications as may be required Effective communication and team work Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Computer literacy RF and digital analog experiencePay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$57319- $91710 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
