Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours About the Role We are seeking a Test Technician to support the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic and electromechanical systems. In this role, you will perform hands-on testing, document results, identify issues, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet quality, reliability, and performance requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and quality are critical. Responsibilities Perform functional, environmental, and performance testing on products, components, and systems. Execute test procedures and document results accurately and completely. Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment and instrumentation. Troubleshoot failures and collaborate with engineers to identify root causes. Monitor testing activities and ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards. Record test data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation. Support product validation, qualification, and reliability testing efforts. Assist with equipment calibration, maintenance, and laboratory organization. Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance testing efficiency and product quality. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, Trade School Diploma, or equivalent technical training. Basic understanding of electronics, electrical systems, or electromechanical assemblies. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, work instructions, and test procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field. Experience in a testing, manufacturing, laboratory, or engineering environment. Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment. Experience troubleshooting electronic assemblies and systems. Knowledge of quality management systems and testing best practices.
