Test and Validation Technician at MAHLE Thermal and Filter Systems US Test and Validation Technician at MAHLE Thermal and Filter Systems US in Lockport, New York Posted in 2 days ago. $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Your Contribution As a Validation Lab Technician, reporting to the Head of AC Testing - NA, you will be responsible for conducting performance and durability testing of automotive HVAC and engine cooling components. Duties include installation/removal of test parts, instrumentation, running tests, and collecting data. Works with engineers to understand test requirements.

This role is responsible to:

Set up HVAC systems and components for testing Diagnose refrigeration systems Install instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow Interface with test systems Execute testing procedures Interpret test data and report issues Troubleshoot and repair test equipment Cross-train across test lab areas Maintain clean work area No supervisory responsibilities Your Experience & Qualifications AAS in Automotive/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent 3-5 years automotive experience preferred ASE certification preferred EPA 608 certification preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Good communication skills Proficient in MS Office Fluent in English, strong written and verbal skills Apply high school math concepts Problem solving and data analysis skills Our Offering We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
