PM EST Pay Rate:
33 an hour We are seeking a Tester Technician to join our Fairfield, OH manufacturing team. This position will support the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of advanced 3-phase UPS systems used in critical power applications. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, experience reading wiring diagrams and electrical schematics, and the ability to work safely around electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform AC/DC circuit analysis and validate proper system operation. Test and troubleshoot electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment. Perform electrical testing and support electrical assembly activities. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings. Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues and support root-cause analysis. Test 3-phase electrical systems and verify proper system performance. Safely operate and work around electrical testing equipment and energized electrical systems. Document test results and communicate issues to engineering and manufacturing teams. Follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. Support testing of UPS systems, power distribution units, switchgear, electrical panels, and other industrial electrical equipment. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, or electrical assembly. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings. Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical circuits. Experience with 3-phase electrical systems. Previous experience testing UPS systems, PDUs, switchgear, electrical panels, or industrial electrical equipment is preferred. Knowledge of UPS, PDU, or critical power products is preferred. Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Pay:
$33.00 per hour
