Production Test Technician Job Purpose:

Sanmina is looking for an organized, hard working, and experienced Test Technician to join our Team in Carrollton, TX.

Nature of Duties:

Test and diagnose products to the component level Tests and troubleshoots assemblies and/or final systems. Enter test and repair results in data reporting tools Work with epoxies, adhesives, thermal gels, and solder Perform incoming and in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications Perform test equipment maintenance Pack and prepare products for shipping

Education and Experience:

Associate's Degree / 2 year Technical Degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years experience in manufacturing testing Some soldering experience or certification is desired Experience handling and testing of components Knowledge of materials, tooling, and mechanical assembly skills for electronic products Microscope and miniature microelectronic assembly skills Ability to follow oral and written guidelines or drawings and accurately and concisely communicate testing results Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Detail oriented Excellent Computer skills Has willingness to learn, takes initiative, and offers improvement ideas Able to lift or move up to 50lbs Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer
