Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or GED required Experience in electronics testing, manufacturing, or technical repair Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation Experience with Linux operating systems or automated test systems Understanding of quality standards and manufacturing workflows Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment Perform repetitive hand movements and operate testing equipment Ability to lift and handle materials as required
Description:
Manufacturing Test Technicians support the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of advanced electronic products. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on technical experience who enjoy problem-solving and working in a fast-paced, technology-driven production environment. Perform functional and diagnostic testing of electronic products Operate automated test equipment and diagnostic software/programs Troubleshoot product issues down to the component level Conduct visual, electronic, and mechanical inspections to ensure product quality Support line setup and perform preventative maintenance on test equipment Identify, document, and communicate defects or process issues to engineering teams Work across multiple production areas and operations as needed HirePower Personnel, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
