Key Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Spring, TX Responsibilities:

Assemble/De-Assemble Computer PC hardware, Display and other PC accessories for managing and maintaining Lab Test environment. Takes lead initiatives and actively assist in implementing new ways to improve QA on various projects Execute various hardware, software Tests using defined test plans. Maintain various test plans, test results, issue logs. Perform Troubleshooting. Maintain hardware Lab equipment's and inventories as needed. Understand various test scripts to help automate test process. Provide Test assistance to other Engineers (Hardware R&D, Software Developer) in reproducing various hardware/software problems, troubleshoot the issues and creating/capturing details/logs/reports.

Skills & Requirements:

2-3 years of Strong Computer PC hardware Assembly/De-Assembly knowledge with detail hardware/software troubleshooting skills. Strong ability to troubleshoot and root cause computer hardware and software technical issues and provide detail technical reporting. 2-3 years of Technician and Test Lead experience in understanding test technician tasks, test planning and communicating test results/reports. Strong communication, Analytical, reporting, and technical skills
