The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and production teams to execute test procedures, document results, identify issues, and help ensure products meet quality, performance, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate electrical, mechanical, environmental, and functional test equipment. Perform testing according to established procedures, specifications, and safety requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and technical documentation. Record test results accurately and maintain organized test documentation. Troubleshoot product, equipment, and test fixture issues. Identify test failures, document findings, and communicate results to engineering and quality teams. Assist engineers with product development, validation, qualification, and reliability testing. Build, modify, and maintain test fixtures, cables, and basic test setups. Use measurement tools such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, calipers, torque tools, and other laboratory equipment. Support root-cause investigations and corrective-action activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe test environment. Follow company quality procedures, safety policies, and applicable industry standards. Assist with calibration and maintenance of test equipment. Support other testing and engineering activities as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Technical certificate, associate degree, or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical engineering technology, mechanical technology, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in testing, manufacturing, electronics, mechanical systems, quality, or a related technical environment.
