Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections on industrial equipment to verify proper operation and compliance with engineering specifications. Job Requirements Experience testing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems and components. Proficiency with electrical test instruments, hand tools, and air tools in a manufacturing environment. Experience troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Experience using computers to configure communications and test equipment. Knowledge of transformers and industrial electrical systems. Knowledge of Wye/Delta electrical connections. Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical circuits. Knowledge of protective relays and electrical control schemes. Ability to read and interpret electrical prints, wiring diagrams, engineering specifications, and test procedures. Experience working safely around energized electrical equipment. Ability to troubleshoot energized circuits with 120 volts present. Ability to work around equipment with voltages up to 200 kV. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to move throughout a manufacturing facility as required. Preferred Skills Experience performing quality assurance inspections on industrial electrical equipment. Experience testing high-voltage equipment. Experience evaluating electrical workmanship and completed assemblies. Experience verifying equipment against engineering and customer specifications. Pay:
