Work Independently on
Real Hardware:
Perform mechanical assembly and factory acceptance testing on subsea and surface valves used in oil and gas operations worldwide.
Be Trusted With Judgment:
You'll be expected to catch anomalies and escalate them — not just follow steps, but know when something's wrong. Mentor as

Help train General Technicians as you build your own experience.

Our Vision, You Will:
Independently perform mechanical assembly of subsea and surface valves Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) per documented procedures Interpret hydraulic schematics Identify and report FAT anomalies to the right person, and ensure datasheets are complete and accurate Use standard and special test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, and similar) Mentor and assist General Technicians Accurately log time and complete job travelers/datasheets directly in our ERP system (Kinetic), and flag discrepancies rather than working around them To Thrive in
This Role, You Should Have:
High school diploma or GED preferred Demonstrated hands-on assembly/test experience, or equivalent internal development Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities Experience in an
ISO 9001
environment a plus Position is onsite in Woodinville, WA. Current shop schedule is Monday-Thursday, 4x10 (10-hour shifts); some standing/lifting required (up to 40 lbs. occasionally) Are You Ready to Own Your Work with Us?
