Responsibilities Work under the guidance of experienced engineers and project managers to develop technical skills and industry knowledge Assist with engineering design, calculations, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation for a variety of projects Support the development and review of engineering deliverables while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements Perform engineering analyses, evaluations, and calculations with mentorship and oversight as needed Participate in field visits to verify existing conditions, collect data, and support project design efforts Learn and apply industry standards, client specifications, and company procedures to engineering projects Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project planning, coordination, and successful execution Gain proficiency in engineering software, design tools, and project documentation processes Assist with equipment selection, system layouts, and technical recommendations based on project needs Develop an understanding of project phases, engineering workflows, and best practices through hands-on experience Participate in quality assurance reviews and incorporate feedback to improve technical deliverables Continue professional growth through mentorship, training, and exposure to diverse engineering disciplines and industries Requirements Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Civil, Structural, Electrical, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering graduating in December 2026/May 2027 0+ years of experience working as an Engineer, engineering internships highly preferred Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) license preferred and on track to obtaining a Professional License (PE) preferred Must be well organized and able to prioritize work Ability to set and track goals Ability to multi-task and work on more than one project at a time Able to commit to and meet project deadlines, and driven to provide outstanding service to both external and internal customers Willing to take ownership of work through project completion Must possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future Salaries for all positions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, total years of experience in the industry, education, skills, and qualifications.
