Entry-Level Structural Engineer - Bridge & Transportation Structures
Our work includes the design of steel and concrete bridges and other transportation structures, such as walls and sign structures that are critical to our nation's transportation network and vital to local communities. These projects include pedestrian, vehicular, light-rail transit, freight rail, and movable bridges. Our Structural Engineers also perform evaluation and design for the rehabilitation of existing bridges.

As an Entry-Level Structural Engineer, you will work with multi-discipline project teams in developing a range of engineering solutions from initial concepts to detailed design development and through construction. Your insights and contributions to our diverse range of projects will play an impactful role in ensuring the successful delivery of our team's projects._This role is expected to start in Spring/Summer 2027._The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:+ Performing tasks related to the design, analysis, rehabilitation, and inspection of highway bridges and ancillary transportation structures.

- Performing assignments that are designed to build analytic and design skills and further develop judgment and understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities.
- Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- + Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or another related field. + Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required for this position. + Valid U.S. Driver's License and as a condition of employment, must pass AECOM's motor vehicle records review
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) is a plus.

- _To support this commitment, all newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment._
- Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $75000 to $85000.
