What You Will Do:
GFTis seeking an Office Leader/Sr Project Manager- Roadway Engineeringto join our Transportation Team in Tallahassee, Florida (FL)!
- Work with team members to ensure quality expectations arebeing met.
- review / discuss and resolve anyutilizationissues with team members Business Development Develop/MaintainClient relationships Proposals / RFQ's
- Go/No Go. Client Service Team Meetings
- Provide input and support where needed Coordination with others Work with Division Leader to ensureoptimalutilization / workload by sharing work as necessary across multipleteam Education |
Experience:
What you will bring to our firm: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related technical field. At least 15+ years of design and project management delivery experience on heavy transportation infrastructure projects. Experience meeting operational business goals, client management, win strategies, and bid preparation. Must have a proven track record of successful delivery for road/highway projects according to FDOT standards- conventional and design/build project execution.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $150,000- $200,000.
