is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Highway Engineer III to join our growing Transportation-Infrastructure team in Novi, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our Michigan transportation practice while delivering impactful infrastructure projects throughout the state. What You'll Do Lead roadway engineering projects from planning and design through delivery Oversee project production, QA/QC, schedules, and budgets Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and maintain strong client relationships Support business development efforts, proposals, and industry engagement activities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Michigan and the U.S. Mentor and support junior engineers and project team members What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited university Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan or ability to obtain reciprocity within six months 10+ years of transportation engineering experience, including project management or technical leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of MDOT and FHWA policies and procedures Experience with OpenRoads, MicroStation, and/or Corridor Modeling software Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills Why RS&H? 100% employee-owned company Opportunity to help grow and shape our Michigan presence Collaborative national transportation team Strong professional development and career growth opportunities Meaningful projects that improve transportation infrastructure and communities RS&H is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
