Develops and/or reviews engineering related documents, correspondence, reports and remediation plans.
Leads/Trains professional and administrative staff.
Makes presentations and represents TxDOT.May serve as a lead worker and the related tasksPerforms engineering design work such as development of layouts, sketches, plans, specifications, estimates and contracts.
Performs planning work such as plan review, calculations and assisting in transportation planning studiesWrites/reviews proposals and estimates for letting.
Coordinates with others to develop, monitor and update integrated project plans and schedules to ensure projects are executed in the most efficient manner possible.
Performs other job responsibilities as assigned
Negotiates fees, explains scope of work and monitors consultant design contracts.
Performs complex engineering design work such as development of layouts, sketches, plans, specifications, estimates and contracts.
Performs complex planning work such as plan review, calculations and assisting in transportation planning studies.
Updates, reviews, monitors, and/or reviews requests for changes to plans, manuals and/or standard sheets.
Assists with design, computer operations and plan preparation.
Makes presentations and represents TxDOT.May serve as a lead worker and the related taskReviews, processes and certifies project design plans developed by consulting engineers.
Coordinates with others to develop, monitor and update integrated project plans and schedules to ensure projects are executed in the most efficient manner possible.
