What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering (or related field) 4-8 years of hands-on experience in transportation design and/or project management PE license in Virginia or EIT with the ability to obtain PE within 1 year Familiarity with VDOT standards and project delivery processes Proficiency in MicroStation preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills Why Join RDA?
