Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineer to support the Engineering Department in preparation and analysis of design documents under the Lead Engineer oversight and instructions. This role will support the Lead Engineer as well as collaborate with other engineers in the US market, both for already awarded projects and future opportunities. The main objective of this position is to help ensuring the successful execution of transportation and traffic engineering projects across the U.S. Key Responsibilities Support the Lead Engineer for the design and analysis of technical solutions across multiple projects Help leading the engineering aspects of new and upcoming projects, participating in technical decisions and implementing solutions in drawings and sketches. Analysis of technical requirements and standards as well as confirming the design complies with them Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of traffic and transportation engineering. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company technical protocols Monitor technical quality control measures across project lifecycles Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects and processes Contact vendors and help in the selection of the equipment for projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, or a related field. 0 to 5 years of experience in traffic/transportation engineering Strong understanding of US transportation regulations and standards Experience with engineering tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Highly motivated individual, fully dedicated and with interest in learning and growing professionally in the engineering field of the transportation market.
