Quality Control Engineer

Propersys Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer who will work with our Engineering team to ensure the systems, processes, and practices meet or exceed requirements for our large scale construction project. This person will execute quality assurance and continuous improvement activities across different sites. Furthermore, this candidate should have strong analysis and problem solving skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and super attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate directly with engineering, construction, and other teams to develop appropriate equipment and system inspection standards to assure critical features are controlled and monitored throughout the assembly and production process using Advanced Production Quality Planning (APQP). Develop and manage quality metrics using data visualization tools to identify areas of improvement, prioritize issues, and drive continuous advancement of activities across different projects and assignments. Perform weekly and daily quality assurance inspections for pipe weld bead, pipe and fittings materials, and assembly lines. Provide consultation and participation in qualifying welders and support assembly operators selections. Proactively review and continuously improve Quality Management System (QMS) of a Semiconductor manufacturing company. Investigate and coordinate failure analysis with employees and suppliers to determine root cause and corrective action based on findings. Document design review activities such as inspection, calibration management, change management, and NPIs for weekly internal and external stakeholder meetings. Perform other duties, assignments, or projects as needed.

Required Skills:

Strong understand of building and construction of facilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to properly participate with them and demonstrate your understanding of their business and their needs. Deliver quality Records Management services consistently based on subject matter expertise and experience. Test package preparation, gauge calibration verification, and documentation. Test equipment maintenance and calibration. Collaborate with teammates for continuous process improvement. A detailed and organized personality. P& ID, ability to read isometric and piping drawings.

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual Mandarin Execution and witnessing pneumatic pressure testing using inert gases Helium leak testing and verification of acceptance criteria Knowledge of semiconductor process gas systems and applicable codes Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality, construction QA/QC, or the semiconductor industry Required Education and experiences: Bachelor in Engineering or related fields or relatable work experience.
